Please note that foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodation plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Please note that the property is not adapted for guests with reduced mobility since the elevator is located between floors.
