Holiday Inn Express Chongqing Guanyinqiao by IHG

キレイで静かなホテルだったので快適に過ごせました。またホテルのすぐ近くに老舗の火鍋店があり美味しい火鍋を楽しめました。

전반적으로 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 경치도 좋은 편이고요.... 아침 식사도 훌륭했습니다. 주변 지역에 충칭면을 먹을 수 있는 훌륭한 식당들이 있어서 더욱 좋았습니다.

Short stay hotel was nice convenient,staff friendly

For English speaking person, a little difficult but staff are very helpful with phone apps etc helping. Breakfast is very comprehensive and easy to select many different styles of breakfast taste. Excellent.

We were a family of four and they did not seem to understand or able to give you a room that had beds large enough for two people to sleep in . In the end we took one mattress and places on floor and second child slept on box spring. Their answer was to put children in separate room. Not kosher! Reception was excellent friendly and helpful, but little English and everyone relied on phones for translation which did not work well at times. There is not much around hotel, some cheap dumplings places and a lot of hot spicy food. If you cant do spicy, not good. Hotel is 10 walk to subway and the subway system has English, so easy to use and get around. They say they have a pool, but it is really a separate club and they require bathing caps, pretty normal in china, which most westerners don't travel with, so we were out of luck with pool. Not impressed with that. Rooms clean, and nice, but very small. Never really got the restaurant thing. Was closed or sent away every time we went there, and reception had to come up and tell them we wanted to eat. The included breakfast was both Chinese and western and we thoroughly enjoyed. They scored points on this one!!

I recently spent 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Express and I would say that it is one of the better stays I have experienced at a Holiday Inn Express worldwide. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and fitness center was beyond what I had expected. Very reasonable rates. The Express line of hotel is usually very basic but this one exceeded that standard. I enjoyed that it was only 10 minutes to a metro station and quite an easy trip to downtown. Also only 10 minutes to major shopping and restaurants. Easy access by taxi to the airport. If I return to Chongqing I would consider staying here again.

Other than power outage, it was good.

very noisy, room doors slamming at all hours. busy area of Chongqing. ads said 24 room service, they did not. English is spoken but not understood. reason we stayed there was the room service because we don't speak or read chinese making hard to eat out without help. very disappointed because it is run by IHG and they are normally fantastic. not here. they did nothing about in house noise, walls are super thin. not a good stay

Not easy to find and not recommended for senior travellers. Public transportation is available but you need to walk; eg 10-15 mins walk to the nearest metro station at the Shin Kong place, at Jiazhou station. Incidentally, Shin Kong place is a beautiful shopping and food complex, which is worth a visit. The front desk speaks little English but I suggest they can improve by having better knowledge of their local area. The room is clean and bright but the carpet (colour) makes it look tired. If the Holiday Inn Express logo colour is used, it will improve greatly.

Good size room, okay condition, breakfast was included. Overall average room, good price with breakfast included.
