Hotel Apartement La Perle

Amazing Bathroom - newly renovated! really clean. Kitchen is good, useful, but carpet, and other space are not so clean...

This vacation apartment is all right, but given how much it costs I had expected a somewhat higher standard of overall comfort.

Dim light and dirty carpet. We stayed at ground floor, seems like people csn easily break into our apartment.. Zermatt is a nice place and many more nice cjoive of accomodation

The apartment we were given on 1st floor was very cozy. Bedroom had a king bed and the living room 2 beds hidden in the wall. Nice views of garden from window. Cozy round breakfast table at the window. Well furnished. We wished we could stay longer but we already had tickets to Glacier Express. Plan to stay there again when we go back. Call and they will pick you up. Driver will give you yhe key and welcome letter. Cons: no staff in building. Staff in a different hotel, so if you need something it may be faraway. You just leave your keys on the slot on checkout and call them. Don't forget to take a picture of building door code in the letter before you get out.

The room was bright and clean(I didn't like carpet though). All of my family (my wife and daughter and I) liked the room. Restroom was clean, kitchenette was small but convenient, and large window and balcony were good to bring in light and fresh air. It takes 5 minutes from Zermatt station by walking, and convenient shop (named Denner) is 3 minute walking distance.

Good: Room was spacious and clean (rare for Europe). They had the keys and information ready upon our arrival... very easy to work with. Within walking to distance to everything. Great location especially to train station. Lots of windows made for a cool refreshing night sleep. Value...you won't find a cheaper stay in Zermatt with this much value. Bad: walking directions would be helpful. All chalets on this street look identical and the address numbers are not necessarily in order. Once we found it everything was easy. The furniture and decor are dated... who cares! Get over it. Know what to expect and you will be fine.

The room is just ok and value for money. However I am not used this type of arrangement where you don’t see any hotel staff from check-in to our. You need to know this town and know what you want to do here.

A very nice cosy apartment. Quiet, clean you won’t end up meeting anyone. It’s more of do your own thing kinda place.

Very suitable middle of town friendly family environment.
