Hotel Apartement La Perle

We always stay at La Perle when we visit Zermatt. The location is near both the regional train station and the Gornergratbahn, the train that takes you up the mountain. What we like about the apartment is that it allows for flexibility with meals that also keeps costs down. Of course, if money is not a concern, you would probably stay in one of 3-4 famous hotels near the center. However, La Perle is very charming and the apartments are an excellent choice especially for families, since they sleep at least 4 people conformably.

Location couldn’t be any better! Place extremely clean. It my need some upgrades, but you can still have a great stay as is. Would absolutely recommend it!! Go for it!!

The room is large and clean. You can do some cooking and enjoy bathing. The hotel is close to Zermatt Station (walk 5 mins). A supermarket is just located at the street corner, you can buy food and drinks as you like. However, please notice that there was no reception, you need to make a call to open the door when you check-in, please be sure you can make phone call there.

Stayed in a studio. Beds were comfortable and very adequate for the 3 of us. Good kitchen facilities so we made our own meals. Walking distance from train station and supermarket very close by. Great location and value for money!

Great location. The room had a terrace with chairs and a table. The kitchen was sufficient, but the toaster did not work. There is absolutely no foodstuffs provided including salt, pepper, or sugar, so be sure to bring your own if you plan to cook. The service was very good. We required extra bedding and it was brought right away. We were also informed of where we could leave our luggage while we explored the town after checkout time.

An exellent option for Zermatt. Conveniently located near a store called Denner where one can pick up every grocery. Very spacious and well equipped. A great place for family functions.

Great location. The shuttle pick up from station was efficient and saved us time and money :) the apartment size is big and spacious. Just hope they can provide shampoo and soap or shower gel in the bathrooms.
