Thank you so much for the wonderful 10 days with you. There's nothing to complain about with the entire resort. The entire staff, from the cleaning staff (especially Mr. Virajith) to the hotel manager, are all very friendly and always very helpful. We also really enjoyed the private tour with Didi. It's an island where you can unwind, but you can still move around easily thanks to its size. The only small drawback, or rather, suggestions for improvement: Despite the all-inclusive package, the refrigerator was empty upon arrival and was never refilled except with water, tea, and coffee. We would have liked at least two soft drinks and two beers to unwind after our arrival and your incredible food selection in the evening, without having to go to a bar. Instead of the strange Oktoberfest with its exorbitant prices, we would have preferred a Maldives evening. We also found it a shame that the Bar-Kuda-Bar closes at 6:00 PM, as we would have loved to enjoy a fish platter or lobster there. However, we were very politely but firmly asked to leave at 6:00 PM. But those were just minor things!!! Thank you for these wonderful, unforgettable moments we were able to experience with you.

From the very first meeting with the Canareef representative at Malé airport until the final day of our trip, we were constantly impressed by the level of service, attention to detail, and the genuine warmth of everyone on the team. We stayed in one of the Sunset Villas, and our room was not only spotlessly clean but also extremely spacious, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything was carefully maintained, and we truly appreciated how comfortable it felt. The resort itself is unique – the island is quite large (especially for the Maldives), giving guests a sense of space and variety. Canareef actually has three different beaches, each with its own charm, and we loved exploring them all. The pools and beach areas are beautifully kept, and the overall atmosphere is both vibrant and relaxing. The beach buggies, which take you from one side of the island to the other, were always punctual and made moving around the island very easy. And for those who prefer a more active way of getting around, the hotel also provides bikes free of charge – a fantastic option to explore the island at your own pace. Among all the highlights, we have to give a special mention to Hema, the lifeguard at Bar-Cuda Beach. He was truly outstanding – incredibly knowledgeable about the island and the ocean, always ready to guide us to the best spots for snorkeling and coral watching, and full of engaging stories about the local marine life. Thanks to his advice, we experienced wonderful corals near the beach and saw great variety of marine life. His friendly personality and genuine passion for the sea made a huge difference in our stay, making Barcuda beach our favourite beaches among the 3 beaches that the resort offers, frankly he deserves a lot of praise. A real highlight of our holiday was the private coral tour – it was absolutely wonderful and an unforgettable experience, allowing us to discover the stunning underwater beauty of the Maldives in such a personal way. Another big impression came from the hotel manager, Sher, whose professionalism, knowledge, and leadership style left us inspired. It was clear how much pride he takes in his work and how well he guides his team. And of course, we can’t forget Chef Anil, whose cooking was consistently delicious and always a delight to look forward to. We also enjoyed the cocktail beach parties and the resort’s eco-conscious approach, which added a thoughtful and responsible touch to the whole stay. All in all, Canareef Resort gave us one of the best holiday experiences we have ever had. Beautiful beaches, excellent service, spacious and clean villas, unforgettable activities, and above all, a team that truly cares about their guests. We left with wonderful memories and will absolutely return.

What a gorgeous resort. Villas kept really clean, our housekeeping guy Aslam was so friendly and helpful. He kept our villa so clean and kept us topped up with bottles of water. The buffet had so many choices, you could have had different dishes every day. All the staff were very friendly. You called for a buggy when you wanted to go out as the island is long but narrow. You do need sandals as you're not supposed to have bare feet in the buggies or restaurants. You need to fill a form in for the mini bar to request what you'd like as there's nothing in the fridge at first. Not cheap though but don't let that put you off as there's bars for your local drinks

Amazing accomodation with plenty of space in our villa, lovely deck facing the booming waves, outdoor bathroom comfortable bed. Glad we were there in the low season had the pools to ourselves ! Buffet breakfast and dinners were very good and plentiful. Bikes were extremely uncomfortable and need replacing! Only issue we had was staff refusing to replace a bottle of gin that we had bought which had a cracked top and glass fell into the bottle. Fortunately after a bit of persuasion they relented but it put a dampener on our stay. Housekeeping were lovely and we appreciated the bed decorations!

We recently stayed at Canareef as a family and had a truly enjoyable experience. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located close to the main areas of the island, which made moving around very easy. The island itself is beautifully landscaped, and it was great to see the team constantly working on road leveling, pest control, and gardening – everything looked well maintained. Dining was a highlight of our stay – meals at Kilhi, Meera, and Bar-Kuda were consistently excellent. A special mention to Bar-Kuda where not only was the food amazing, but the service was warm and attentive. The chef even came over to check on us, which was a lovely touch. The spa was another standout. From the friendly welcome by Vivek to the top-quality therapists, every treatment felt special. I had three treatments myself, and my wife enjoyed a wonderful facial – all of which were exceptional. Truly one of the highlights of our trip. What we appreciated most was the friendly staff we encountered throughout our stay, who made us feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere at Canareef is peaceful and relaxed, perfect for families looking to unwind. Overall, we had a very positive stay and left with great memories. Thank you to the team at Canareef for making our holiday so enjoyable – we look forward to returning again in the future.

We stayed at the Canareef Resort and it was simply a wonderful experience! Pristine natural landscapes, a stunning villa, and a dreamlike beach… everything was truly unique! An unforgettable week in a real corner of paradise. The excursion with Didi and Abdulla, was also unforgettable: we saw dolphins swimming near the boat, went snorkeling among colorful fish and turtles, and even spotted a small shark! Emotions that will stay with us forever. A special thank you to all the staff, always kind and smiling: from Salma to Adeline, from Stacia to Sameen, from Esther, Hemal, Millie, Samah, all the way to the great boss Deepak. Everyone, truly everyone, was polite, helpful, and always attentive to every need. All around the Canareef village, we found people with a smile on their face — and a smile costs nothing, but it can truly make a difference. In particular, I’d like to give special praise to Adeline’s smile, capable of brightening every single day. Me and my wife stayed in this beautiful resort, we had an amazing experience and we are already making a plan to visit on December. Amazing food, staffs are really friendly.. I would highly recommend this resort if your looking a place to relax and enjoy .. We visited Canareef between 6th and 22nd July and had the best time . The island really is like living in a dream . It is so quiet and peaceful and just enjoyed every minute. The snorkelling is fab and it’s like getting in a warm bath. We stayed in a premium villa with a jacuzzi and it was beautiful the location was fab villa 633 and our room boy Shariful looked after us very well always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed . Zayid was our waiter and was simply the best he always made sure we had what we wanted and our glasses were full . A real valuable member of staff we missed him when he wasn’t around . Millie was the best front of house and couldn’t do enough for us either super friendly and definitely knew her stuff . We would definitely come back x
