"Bad experience"

Really, we were very disappointed with our stay because we don't get excited like other pets. This is the reason why the kids get restless and have trouble breathing when they use the sofa or floor. The second day we didn't get wifi. So that night we were very sick or struggled to manage our free time.

"Perfect stay and location"

The location was perfect and such a nice place. Great for us as a family of 4 with dog.

Shower needs to be more powerful. Was very dusty in lounge area after my daughter dropped a toy not sure cleaner has been behind sofa in months.

"Central location to get to a lot of nice villages and harbours."

I liked the enclosed garden and the parking space allocated in front of the unit. We liked the spacious bedrooms and access to a good oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge and freezer. We liked the good amount of cupboard space in the rooms and good quality towels provided.

The house wasn't very clean, I had to pull so much hair from the bath plug to shower, it was gross. When I vacuumed the house before we left so much hair that did not belong to us was pulled up clearly not vacuumed before we stayed there. A lot of the cutlery was also left dirty in the drawers. Some left over food was found in the freezer and the bin had a clean bag put inside a dirty bin. The photos made the units look nicer, but it is very weathered and in need of a refresh. There was no shop in the holiday park, there is a Nisa sign, but no shop, must be an old sign.

"Lovely little spot"

Lovely house, easy to find. Was warm and comfortable.

Crockery and cutlery was quite dirty. Had to do a full wash of everything as we arrived. Not something you want to do as you arrive on your holiday.

Great house, perfect for a family of four. The images are a true likeness, very comfy beds. We didn't see any staff but there was good digital communication.

The smallest of things but no salt, pepper or oil for cooking.

Very spacious. Good location (15 minute drive to Padstow).

"it was ok but no hot water when we wanted it"

The property was very clean

There was no hot water to have a bath when we came home in the afternoon and my daughter scalded herself in the shower and no instructions on how to use the hot water. we contacted the staff but they never got back to us. ALL HAPPENED FROM CHRISTMAS DAY.
