The Location

Not being able to check inn till 4pm. I rang up to see if we could check in earlier than 4pm but was told that we couldn’t due to the villa being cleaned..When we arrived the villa was filthy there was people’s food on the oven tray where it had not been washed properly which is not good. A note left on the side saying dishwasher broken which is not an issue but the cleaner could have cleaned the dishes by hand. No hot water so we had to boil the kettle several times. We tried several times to contact the out of hours team which there was no answer. Overall the location was brilliant but the Villas was shocking. Very disappointed

Lovely place, very comfortable and well equipped. Beds and pillows very comfy. Good location for visiting the area.

Could have done with more thorough basic cleaning. Dining table sticky and not wiped, thick dust on bedside tables and lights. Couldn't get the bathroom towel heater to work.

It was very clean and tidy. Spacious rooms. Not cluttered. Lovely and warm with the heating. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Easy parking outside the property. Helpful to have a non slip bath mat and high chair in the property. 13 minute drive to padstow so in a great location.

Items in the property tired. For example the side of the bath was rusty with small holes. The dining chair legs were wobbly. One of the kitchen kick boards kept falling over. Would have been helpful to have a baby gate at the top of the stairs.

"POOR MAINTAINANCE OF THE DINING FURNITURE ALMOST CAUSED AN ACCIDENT."

CLEAN AND TIDY.

THE DINING SWEET IN THE DINING AREA WAS UNSAFE DUE TO THE CHAIR LEGS BEING UNSAFE. I PERSONALY HAD A NEAR INJURY EVENT WHEN THE CHAIR ALMOST COLLAPSED AS THE CHAIR LEGS WERE NOT SECURED BY AN ALAN KEY BOLT TO THE FRAME OF THE CHAIR. I MANAGED TO RESCUE MYSELF BY GRABBING THE OTHER CHAIR AND PREVENTING ME BEING THROWN TO THE FLOOR.
