The staff were amazing, very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome throughout our trip. The accommodation also offered shuttles to nearby locations. The building was older but very well kept.

The air con was locked to heating and it got quite stuffy in the room at times.

It was a bit difficult for a foreigner who has not yet learned enough of the language to understand the "rules" of the property as the employees were also limited in communicating back, but it was a clean, comfortable place to stay.

A lovely spot! Excellent staff. Nice bath. Amazing Japanese breakfast. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is great. But there is not a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

I needed to know about the shuttle not being available from the airport. And I needed to know that dinner closes.

突然で夜遅くのチェックインにも関わらず、笑顔で丁寧な対応してをしていただきました。 また、静かな温泉でゆっくりと身体を休める事かできたのでありがたかったです。

"You just have to come to Kansai Garden Palace hotel to enjoy yourself."

Public onsen

I have to step up to the restroom, and step down each time I get out of restroom. Trash can in restroom is too small. Room is small and classic like in Edo era. Bath tub is too tall to step in to use.

"ハード面はイマイチ、ソフト面はバッチリ"

温泉付きで頑張ってる感はありますが、小さい方の温泉はイマイチ。部屋着も浴衣はダメ。あとエアコンが方向をどう変えて固定しても寝てる場所に直撃、ダメでしょう。温泉にアミューズメントいっぱいなのは助かります。スタッフの対応　挨拶も　完璧です！
