Great hotel and huge rooms. Staff v nice and good drink options. Would like more meat options at meal times . The magic trick and flamingo dancing along with leanna with the 360 camera was great fun. Would return again

Good value for money. Typical all inclusive food and drink at reasonable times. Reasonable variety. Entertainment varied, good for young kids. Highlights of our wee included circus performance and Liana 360 video. The video was non chargeable and gave us a fun holiday momento. Spa access was good too and free for limited visits. Room was very spacious. The hotel and facilities are a little tired in places but that is reflected in the price compared to other hotels nearby. Location is about 10 minutes walk to the nearest bars/shops and 15-20 to the beach, though the hotel includes a free taxi to the beach or Costa Teguise square. Taxis are very reasonable also. Standout compared to other places I’ve stayed, even at 5 star resorts was the staff. Every single person was friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Very relaxed atmosphere.

The staff are very nice and friendly. Food is brilliant. Nighttime entertainment was good. We had two teenagers and a 7 year old with us who all really enjoyed it. Poolside is very relaxing not mentally busy. We have done paddle for the first time and it’s great! Lots of fitness stuff to do here and around. Loved Lianas 360 video, we will treasure this! Couple of things to improve, not all licks on girls toilets working and some of the tiles around the pool are very slippy when wet, these could do with replacing with some that are not the same. Loved the place and great family holiday.

Second time staying, had a great time! Kids loved it both times. Some great entertainment including Liana and her 360 Photo set up for the family.

Came here with my Family Tyler introduced very helpful and very fun he works hard every day he makes everyone smile kids and adults very talented at his pool game deffo will come back happy day… 💫

The spa really needs some renovations.

Just finished five days at this fab hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. From the bar staff, Malik and Alejandro. To the funny Tyler on the animation team. Waiting and cleaning staff are top. The hotel its self is spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and had everything you’d need. Pool area cleaned and tidied everyday. SOS guy round the pool friendly and helpful. There were always sun beds available during the day. No mad scramble at silly o’clock. Food was good, lots of choice. Drinks and cocktails fab and strong on all inclusive. The only gripe I would say about the whole holiday were the sun beds. Totally out dated and in need of repair or just binning completely. Apart from that couldn’t fault it and would definitely return.

Great atmosphere in the hotel , very quiet. The hotel is clean and has a great working staff. The entertainment is great 👍
