It was a wonderful experience with Liana, so we all enjoyed a lot. This kind of entertainment is a must in a hotel with families.

"Nice Family all-inclusive hotel"

Lovely hotel. Great, varied food. Clean pools, good sized apartments. Padel, tennis, spa, indoor pool, gym all great. Liana and Tyler also did a lovely job with the animation. Good for families but not only.

"Very disappointed."

2.0

The room is big. The training pool is ok. The pillow were comfortable.

Absolutely poor and overpriced. The breakfast is varied but only with low quality products. Terrible coffee (from sirup) except for the espresso made from beans. The facilities outside of the rooms are mostly out of age and in very poor condition. The spa is a scam with the Turkish baths out of order and the sauna either out of order or in such a condition that you wonder how they are even allowed to operate. Unlike other hotels in th island it is not build to offer any wind protection so the outdoor pool is very exposed. The gym is also very poorly equipped with old machines. The hotel is next to a big, busy and noisy road. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. For half the price I would say it's acceptable but if you want to spend that much, choose another location. I realise the reviews are not to be trusted as it is hard to understand such good overall reviews, unless they are from 10 years ago.

"A review of two halves"

6.0

Read this and decide for yourself … Nice hotel with tired facilities This is a particularly hard review to write as it has so many positives but a number of negatives. Our reception was very nice and we received the statutory glass of cava. What we didn’t get were towels for the pool. In fact we weren’t even told we could have towels until I asked at the so called spa. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The cleaning staff were attentive and made sure that everything was in place for a comfortable stay. There was a kettle cups and glasses . The fridge was good and there was even an ironing board! The TV in the room catered for all nationalities and wasn’t just an English news channel on repeat. One of the highlights was the animation team. They worked so hard but…. To improve the hotel needs to provide them with the tools to do the job. Decent mics etc. Accepting that there is high usage the quality of some of the equipment was woefully inadequate but the the team tried their very best. Tyler and the team were multi lingual and they made sure everyone was included…. If they wanted to be. Food We were on a B&B basis and the breakfasts were plentiful and had a chef who would do omelettes etc. The Distance from the town It is over a mile to the restaurants and main hub of entertainment. We enjoyed the walk but if you have a young family or struggle with mobility then this is probably not the best hotel for you, unless you are happy to get taxis. Gym The gym was ok. The equipment was dated but it did what it said on the tin and satisfied my need for exercise. The down side of the gym was the lack of sanitation. Attendees used their own sweat soaked towels to wipe down the equipment rather than the paper towels and spray which was provided. My other issue was young children running around a space where adults are lifting heavy weights. This was never dealt with by the staff. The real negative for me was the alleged “Spa” , it’s as well that I had a voucher because had I paid I would have been more vocal. The saunas were filthy and I mean disgusting. It is unbelievable that the hotel even consider these as being acceptable. The steam room was out of action and the cold water showers were laughable. I would respectfully suggest that the areas that were open were a breeding ground for germs and this is not ok. Would I go back…. Yes, but the facilities would need a significant overhaul to be attractive enough. And one more thing… don’t be fooled by the late checkout option because it isn’t an option.
