Vitalclass Lanzarote Resort

Stayed here for a week on our last night, the rooms are nice very big the jacuzzi is a nice extra worth paying for it for the sunsets, the food is terrible, pretty much the same thing every day, and it’s not very good for a hotel costing £155 a night, the pools are nice the location if about 20 minute walk to the centre, if you’re 60+ you’ll really enjoy this hotel, it’s very much filled with older people as is the entire town, taxis are cheap if you don’t want to walk. I do need to give a special mention to Tyler from the entertainment team, he was always around the hotel chatting with us, we went out with him on his day off too, if it wasn’t for him the hotel would have been so boring, Julian was also great with the pool activities and Antonio on the night bar This hotel has a lot of good reviews however the staff do pressure you to leave a review and ask for proof that you have done it I refused to and the lady asking was not happy with me refusing but I wanted to give an honest fair review

Great hotel, all staff have been really friendly and great options for hotel. The 360 camera with liana was a hit and great memory.

Lovely resort. Kids really enjoyed the camera experience with all the props .

I came to lanzarote to vitalclass many times I enjoy every time I come, The entertainment is amazing tyler really puts his effort in to his job he really truly works hard morning mid day and night he has a very kind friendly personality amazing lad amazing holiday the hotel is nice food everything is amazing very recommended happy days

Good value for money, rooms clean, Manager and all staff very friendly. Hotel was quieter as it was out of season but always something going on in hotel. Entertainment every night, Leanna with her 360 Photo Booth and Tyler from entertainment team were great fun. €5 into the square if you want a change of scenery

Location is quiet but only few euros in taxi. Feel hotel caters for French more than Scottish at times. Rooms were big and clean lift didn't work to third floor and we did pay for upgrade. Staff very help full and always helped when needed. We did enjoy the 360 booth and liana was very helpful and encouraged us to join in. Manager always seen and very polite and spoke to quests
