Eine Receptionistin, die einzige, die Deutsch sprach, war sehr unfreundlich und hat sich geweigert, mit mir zu sprechen und mir den Weg zum Apartment zu erklären. Ansonsten war der Personal sehr nett und entgegenkommend.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting dirty and tired place. Disaster after disaster. On our first day one of the beds collapsed when I sat on it for the first time then the next day my sister almost electrocuted herself when she turned on the light! All the electrics blew up and we were left in darkness. Reception staff very uncaring, unwelcoming and unwilling to help. Reluctantly rectified problems with bed & electricity but was made to feel very uncomfortable afterwards. We checked out after our second day for the reasons stated in the photos! Dreadful experience. Avoid at all costs.

Room was an apartment and was great, spacious, clean over looking the pool. Location a little way from the resort but i didnt mind the walk. The weather has been poor and somewhat spoiled the holiday. Lanzarote doesnt have a lot without the sun. Used the indoor pool and gym very good. Food was good but why cant it be kept hot. I hate lukewarm food, microwave rescued breakfast but the microwave was removed for other meals, cold vegetables and potatoes not for me.. wont be back not because the hotel was poor but because my impression of Lsnzarote has been spoilt by the ghastly weather. Vitalclass has alot to offer but please heat up the food.

Hotel staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Heated pool was good as the other two pools were very cold. Entertainment staff were very friendly with the kids but unfortunately the entertainment itself wasn’t great, mini disco was only 10mins some nights. Maybe because it was off season. Food was nice, had a good selection and changed it up a bit. We enjoyed the entertainment on our last night with the 360 Camera with Liana it’s was different and creative the kids loved it.

An excellent fun experience. The 3D photos were so much fun. Plenty of props and great encouragement. The free download was easy so you have a lasting keepsake. Liana was so friendly. Also to mention Veronica from the animation team who looked after us. Even putting on z special Aqua Aerobics session for us. Highly recommended.
