The staff are so lovely, and the dessert are amazing. The 360 camera with Lianna was so much fun. It was so relaxing by the pool with lively bartenders

My stay at Vitalclass Lanzarote Sport & Wellness Resort was truly outstanding and exceeded all my expectations. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed, offering a level of service that genuinely reflects a five-star experience. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities are exceptional — beautifully maintained, modern, and designed for both relaxation and well-being. The wellness and sports areas are impressive, providing the perfect balance between activity and tranquility. The pools were immaculate, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was peaceful and elegant. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable, with attention to detail that made a real difference. The food was another highlight: fresh, varied, and of excellent quality every day. Overall, my experience was simply perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an unforgettable stay in Lanzarote. I will definitely be returning!

Very were happy with the staff they were very helpful and polite and the rooms lovely with a balcony we had a lovely stay in the hotels 🏨

Lovely hotel. Spacious room, a large suite round the back in a lovely, quiet spot. Plenty of sunloungers. We were AI .,though there was restaurants if you were on a different board. The bar was ok,but couldn't make a proper Tequila Sunrise. !!.Gin and tonic was fine !!Food was on a buffet basis ,Could have done being hotter, though they did have a microwave. Food seemed to be on a3 day rotation, we were there 21 days and had kebabs 7 times !! Plenty of other dishes to choose from though. Staff were friendly and helpful..Worth a holiday there ..

Hotel is wonderful. The bar, restaurant, entertainment every night was top notch. Will definitely be back next year. 5 star

I immediately felt calm. Also, as a solo traveller I felt welcomed and accepted and therefore comfortable. Also, I was amazed at the size of the apartment. I even had my own kitchen with cooking facilities!

There was a slight smell in my apartment. Also there were 3 cockroaches through I accept they must have come in from outside. Also when I mentioned this to reception, cleaners quickly attended and also left a spray for me to use.
