Vitalclass Lanzarote Resort

The hotel had a lot of space and wast too crowded. The staff were attentive and helpful.

The photos were misleading. The hotel is very run down and shabby, desperately needs updating. The gym had a lot of equipment but also very poor condition / not working. Location was poor. Very far out of Costa teguise.

Reception staff were outstanding as were the restaurant staff- nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were immaculate and very spacious. The separate kitchen was great! Vital class was a 15 minute taxi ride away from the airport and cost approx €22 All inclusive option was fantastic. Food so delicious and a wide variety to choose from. I loved the seafood and fish options, along with the delicious cheeses I would highly recommend Vital class! It was an outstanding stay from start until finish.

The hotel is a catfish. Nice photos on line but it is poorly constructed and should not be a 4 star. The most annoying aspect is that there is no fan in the bathroom which means it quickly fills with condensation and smells damp. The furniture is cheap and hotel lacks any concept of service

We’ve had a fantastic week at this hotel - everything was super - food, staff, apartment. Would recommend! Great experience with 360 camera on flamenco night- fantastic, professional show followed by a fun photo experience! - Liana was so lovely and encouraging with our girls. Fabulous time had by all! Lanzarote also a great island to explore with kids - volcanic features are wondrous and so unique. Can’t wait to come back in the years ahead.

A tired and slightly run down hotel. Rooms huge but smell damp and are also worn. For a sport hotel the gym is really poor. Filthy and with old or broken equipment. Foul smell from the changing rooms. Staff are polite but disinterested.
