Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, a Hilton Resort & Spa

Great location. Our children really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor games. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. We checked in Sunday 9/28 at around 1 pm room 2045. The front desk agent who checked us in was very friendly and kind. Joanne from chandlers was great. The rice was undercooked from my poke bowl and was hard. Other than that, food was yummy and great service. Can’t wait to return to this location.

We thought the premises was as advertised, and it was super quiet.

The hotel was in a great location, right across the street from the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, staff very friendly. Room was clean and the view was beautiful. The only reason I did not give a excellent score was that we ordered room service for breakfast and it was very very cold, for a $60.00 breakfast there should be an expectation that the food would be hot. Other than that dinner was good, beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

All the staff was great! Service in every area was great! Room was very large and plenty of space in both the room and bathroom! Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time at Cape and we were so happy and so impressed from the moment we stepped in into the lobby. We were greeted by Sean he was THE BEST so helpful, well informed and with the best attitude! that’s what it makes a long drive to the hotel so much better, no hassle. He answered all of our questions and answered with professionalism and enthusiasm. Thank you Sean! Housekeeping so the best! Our room was inpecable. The restaurant was one of the best experiences, with the food and specialty drinks were superb. Prices were fair and the food so delicious! Our gratitude to the whole staff and for sure we will come back soon!

Jeannie and Ken were absolutely amazing and so helpful during the conference last week. I've been working closely with Jeannie since April as we were ironing out all the small details of the conference planning. The whole staff(special s/o to Jeannie) were the most attentive group I've ever worked with in my years planning our annual conferences. We felt like they went above and beyond to accommodate our group and all of our requests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a conference as this team will ensure a successful conference. Our attendees were raving about how beautiful this hotel was and will be hard to top it for next year. We will definitely consider returning back to Cape Rey Carlsbad! Thanks again!

The pool was great, clean and kid friendly. I love how they had a kids menu for breakfast. Great breakfast, I had the pancake with strawberries bomb and great service 🙂
