Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, a Hilton Resort & Spa

The gentleman who checked is in ( sorry I forgot his name ) was great. Very nice and helpful. I asked him if we can check In early and he accommodated my requests.

From the time we arrived on Thursday afternoon through checkout on Sunday, our stay was wonderful. The curbside bellman were helpful, front desk staff was professional and efficient and the entire team was super friendly our entire visit. We definitely will return.

This location is beautiful right across the ocean. The staff was really friendly, Chase, the Front Desk Agent was very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the pool. My son loved playing in the water. My son also loved the robot there and we enjoyed the food credits by eating at the Chandlers in the hotel. Great stay, I can't wait to visit again

Great customer service, love the location. We had a chance to see the sunset 🌅 from our balcony. The amenities were great. Walking distance to the beach.

Friendly staff, beautiful location in room was clean. The view that I had wasn’t the best however, it was still comfortable. The restaurant Chandler’s was really good. They have the best Moscow mule that I’ve ever tasted as well as crabcake. OMG deliciousI definitely will visit again. Oh, and the spa was amazing!!

The Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach Hilton Resort and Spa is a gorgeous resort. The customer service was top notch. Every staff member was delightful and ready to help at any moment. Breakfast was with a view and I had a great morning with Joanne as my server. The views of the pool and ocean are sure to make any guest swoon. I will be back and am so grateful this place exists! Thank you to the amazing staff!

We stopped here as we came down from LA. Beautiful property in a secluded area of Carlsbad. The beach was very rocky but also very relaxing with few people on it. Hotel staff was very helpful and provided restaurant recommendations but there is also an onsite restaurant.

Ocean view was the only thing I didn’t have I was in the back looking at the traffic, rooms r excellent ni washer n dryer for being a resort otherwise ocelot all it was good

Chandler's restaurant was fabulous, the servers and staff were fabulous. The big disappointment was the cleanliness. When we checked in, there was leftover garbage items in the bathroom and bedroom. We were there a week, and the carpets were not vacuumed once. We had a big blob of something at the entrance to our room, that was not picked up at all. We ordered from the dining room, told housekeeping we left the dishes outside our door, and they were still there the next afternoon. Five stars for Chandler's Restaurant, less than one star for cleanliness.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Building and grounds were well maintained. Walking distance to beach. Our room had a balcony facing the interior so we had a view of the pool and a view of the ocean. I like that we can checkout at noon.
