It was clean

The night manager was great. He was very kind and offered for me to purchase breakfast at one price for my daughter's and I; and I should have taken him up on it, because the morning of, the front desk clerk was rude and would mot honor it. She wanted to charge $15 per person for the lousy cold breakfast they had available. I took my kids to a restaurant for much less.

"Other than the surprise about having to buy the food when I thought that was already included in the price, it was OK"

It was clean and easy to get to.

Booking.com failed to let me know that the breakfast was not free. Every other Holiday Inn express that I have ever stayed and had a free breakfast bar. Had I known that breakfast was not free I would not have stayed there .

It was close to a lot of restaurants

That the air conditioner was smooth loud we didn't even get any sleep the 2 nights there. I even request for the maintenance to come and fix it, but he made it worse.

I do like the location of this property because it is right next to a Walmart and a car wash the lobby AC seems to need some adjusting the rooms could use a carpet cleaning with wet vacuum and couches as well. But overall, it is an OK hotel for just a night or two. Unfortunately, I ended up cutting the trip there short and leaving to a another hotel. I just couldn’t get over the stains on the carpet and sofas.. The pool is nice and unfortunately, unlike many other holidays breakfast was not complementary staff was very nice thank you

Very clean, comfortable, and room very spacious! Staff attentive and friendly. Greeted with a smile eveytime we passed. Free popcorn in the lobby nightly was a very nice touch. Rooms were nice and cold. Restroom very clean and up to date. There was Dove shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the shower. Stayed 3 nights and rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. Close to our destination and area was nice.
