Wasted money. The hotel advertised a bar and restaurant, but both were closed. My room reeked of cigarette smoke when I checked in with my two children, which I reported immediately, yet no new room was offered. Days after checking out, and without notice, they charged my card hundreds of dollars for a smoking fee. After a long phone call they admitted it was not my doing, but it still took almost 10 days to get the refund, causing financial issues. To make matters worse, instead of apologizing, the manager was rude and unprofessional. Awful service all around. There are plenty of other hotels in the area…go to literally any of them instead of this one.

Great hotel. We did have 1 problem with the room, the ac was not working properly. The front desk clerk was quick to give us a different room and that rooms ac was working great. It was definitely 5 star service!
