Great location for our visit to Scarborough to see Lewis Capaldi at the Open Air Theatre and a short walk into the town and front. Alison and Mark were very welcoming and gave helpful advice of places to see and local restaurants. The room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

"Close to Open Air Theatre …excellent guest house "

My friend and I stayed here for one night after seeing Cliff at the open air theatre. Very close to the venue. Everything we needed for our stay. We particularly liked the walk in shower. Good breakfast included in the price. Parking outside with a permit provided on arrival. Excellent

This is a very friendly guest house, not far from the sea front and just around the corner from an excellent brew pub , The North Riding.
