Me and partner really enjoyed our stay at the Meltham. The owner Alison was do welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We could not of asked for a better place at such a good price, highly recommend.

Everything, lovely staff, good food, very clean and tidy, and a very comfortable bed.

The hosts were brilliant, really lovely, informative, helpful, down to earth, honest, tentative,. The breakfasts were fantastic- set us up for the day.

Only needed overnight stay , but found the owner to be very friendly and welcoming .The twin room was very spacious and comfortable.

I liked everything about this property - the room was a spacious single room with double bed, adequately furnished, provided with adequate facilities for making tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The attached bathroom was large with a wide bath tub and adequate toiletries. The hostess was very welcoming, helpful and informative. The freshly cooked full English breakfast was delicious and was served with additional cereals. The North Bay beach, railway and open theatre are 10 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Incredibly friendly welcome. Great facilities. Loads of information. Wonderful breakfast. Looking for an excuse to return
