A clean guest house with a very friendly welcome.felt very much at home and the breakfast was delightful. I would certainly stay here again.

The Meltham Guest House is close to the North Bay area and only a 10/25 minute walk from the train station. The house and my room were very clean and comfortable and it was nice to come back to and relax after a day of exploring. The breakfasts were great and I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Scarborough.

Great stay I'm a lovely little hotel

I had a wonderful stay and the owner couldn’t have been more kind and helpful and lovely, to me and my son, which I really appreciated. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this lovely place and hope to come back again.

What a absolute gem of a place. Everywhere was clean and bright the bathroom was exceptional with lots of little nice touches . The hosts did a loverly breakfast cooked the way we asked. Cannot fault this property great location especially for the open air venue .will be going again.

I booked The Meltham Guest House after reading the many excellent reviews. From the moment we arrived to checking out we were made to feel very welcome. We had a family room, including a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, and free permit parking. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. We had cereal, and a freshly cooked full English breakfast, which was delicious. The Meltham is a few minutes walk from Peasholm Park, the North Bay beach, with several pubs/bars and restaurants nearby. We will definitely visit again, highly recommend.
