Absolutely fantastic room very spacious everything needed was there Lovely friendly atmosphere and owners made us feel welcome and part of the family

Glad we chose The Meltham for our two night stay in Scarborough. Spotlessly clean, lovely freshly cooked breakfast, friendly hosts and free parking plus a king size bed. I have no hesitation in recommending The Meltham to anyone looking for a guest house in Scarborough.

Fab place to stay, Alison is so attentive and lovely. The bed was very comfy, it just felt like home from home. 👍👍👍👍👍

Alison gave a very warm welcome to my dog and I and we had a lovely room. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent location and lovely breakfast Will definitely stay again

The host was what made this stay so enjoyable. It was my first time staying in a hotel alone with my baby and the host made everything so easy for me. Helped me with my luggage and baby on arrival and checking out. Lovely, comfortable, clean room, cot provided. Nice breakfast. Perfectly happy.
