Good location and friendly host

Very basic accommodation. There was nowhere to hang your clothes and small bathroom with toilet immediately next to sink. I've stayed in 15/20 places in Keswick and this was the worst. Some B&Bs are cheaper and have much better facilities and you get a breakfast. It's definitely overpriced. Should be about £70 and it'd be OK for 1 night.

The location is perfect. Balcony lovely. Very quirky decor which was really nice and gave it a lot of character. Sophie is lovely. Very welcoming and helpful.

Bed too soft but that’s personal preference and you can’t please everyone! Parking a bit chewy but that’s not the fault of the property.

very friendly host, charming building, great location in town

Sophie was a marvellous host who was very welcoming and friendly. Sophie told us about some good local restaurants. Our room had the added bonus of a balcony great to sit out of. Have a few drinks watching the time go by. Good Internet. And a fridge on the balcony to keep your drinks chilled. Excellent location. . We shall definitely return when next visit to Keswick. Mark F

The balcony was great

Close to the town centre. The owner gave a warm welcome at the beginning of our stay.

The bed near the window had an unpleasant smell of urine which was difficult to sleep in all night. The shower had not been cleaned prior to our stay.

Excellent location near a beautiful park and river in the centre of town. Easy access to dinner at the pub.

Quirky property/room, lovely location and particularly enjoyed the balcony, Sophie was lovely and welcoming and also offered a parking disc for parking in the street outside/nearby too
