"Warm, clean room with views of the fells."

The twin room we stayed in has a lovely view of the fells, especially at sunset. It was lovely and warm and the shower was very good. Good selection of teas for a morning cuppa looking at the mountains. We were able to park on the road outside the house and Sophie provided us with a parking disc which was very helpful.

The mattresses were quite uncomfortable but we still had a good nights sleep.

"Gorgeous bohemian guesthouse."

Lovely decor, with a cute balcony and a bohemian welcoming feel. Sophie was very accommodating allowing us to check in early and very lovely in person too. Will be back : )

"A warm welcome and cozy stay!"

Lovely Period property in the heart of Keswick. With beautiful views of the Cumbrian mountains. The room was cozy and warm with everything you would need for a short break. Balcony overlooking mountains an added bonus which we will get more use of of when we return in summer. Sophie the owner was really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thank you!

Sophie the host was very polite and told us everything we needed to know. The room was very clean and comfortable. Facilities were great and all you need. My only thing was the bed was too soft for me, I like a firm mattress, each to their own! Parking is on street, if you can get in, and it's only for 2 hours. Sophie has a disc that you put in your windscreen so you don't get a ticket. 2 minute walk from town centre, amazinh little find for a quick getaway. Overall would definitely stay again

Great location. Love Keswick, we honeymooned there over 50 years ago.

Sorry, I hate doing this, but the room was dreadful! Cold and uninviting. Painted wooden floor boards. Shabby Chic furniture that was more shabby than chic. No dressing table. Okay, it was cold outside -6. But we were asked to check in early and there was no heating on. A large, single glazed window and an ill fitting exterior door. Sorry Sofie. We just needed a short break with some creature comforts. If it wasn't for my wife, we'd have left before we unpacked!
