"Marvelous Maria!"

Amazing spot with great food and fresh fish! when you go make sure to ask for Maria. She is the Kobe beef of waitress. Environment is great, service with Maria was fast and efficient! The tempura was insane and the inside out rolls are a must! Enjoy!

"Just exceptional!"

WOW isn’t enough to describe this hotel. A little wonderful design hotel close to the city center. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The restaurants are great and almost always full (I suggest to book prior). The staff of the hotel is exceptional and always willing to help out, trying to find the best solution to make your stay wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Zermatt, Switzerland. Everything was perfect, especially the service at reception. The rooms cozy and stylish, and the view of the Matterhorn was breathtaking. Highly recommended! I hope to see you again!

"wonderful hotel"

Stayed for two nights and needed to switch rooms after the first night because we stayed in an attic type room with low ceilings which was not for someone tall like myself. But they were very accommodating and helpful in moving our luggage to the new room when we were out visiting the Matterhorn. When booking the room, you are listed with them at a certain price, I needed to pay an upgrade fee to get a room on the higher floor with a view of the Matterhorn but it was worth it.
