Great location and good restaurants onsite. The daily goats tour was one of the funniest things we’ve ever seen, and we had a front row seat from our hotel balcony.

Excellent staff, very convenient location. The breakfast was excellent. It gets very hot and the rooms get really warm and tends to be noisy due to the public playgrounds nearby. On a Friday night there was a party going on close by not on the hotel premises and the Loud noise went on from 10pm to 5am.

The staff makes the place...they will go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed our stay as we extended our stay by a few days.

The hotel design was beautiful and overall was clean. Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient, they have a 5 star service. However, when I turned on the shower, 3 insects dropped from the shower head and completely shocked me. It was disgusting as they were dead. I wondered if the hotel staff forgot to close the balcony door and let in the insects. It gave me a good scare when they dropped. I wish the hotel could do a better job next time given that every other detail of this hotel was perfect. Also, one moth flew into my room during night and it disturbed my sleep. Given that there were no air conditioning, we had to open the balcony door for air, I wish the hotel could install window screening to prevent insects flying inside the room.

The name of the hotel is one of the first things you see on exiting Zermatt station. The Reception area and bar/restaurant area are impressive and imposing and the Reception staff were welcoming and informative and quickly checked us in and went through the hotel facilities. Our allocated room was very spacious and well appointed with coffee machine and wine fridge and plenty of glasses. The view of the mountains from the room and balcony was spectacular and we also overlooked the outside terrace which was ideal in the sunshine. Service and quality of breakfast was excellent and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Excellent location in the heart of Zermatt and just a 2 minute walk from the train station. We enjoyed the Attic room and it was roomy and private. It had plenty of space to spread out including a seating area separate from the bedroom and a large balcony. Hotel front desk staff and restaurant staff were exceptional.
