Schweizerhof Zermatt

Pillows are extremely soft and not to my taste. However, everything else about the hotel is excellent. We had Matterhorn view which was excellent.

Wonderful experience in Zermatt

Service of the staff and the layout of my room is good. The balcony made a big difference to our stay as we could sit outside and get fresh air.

We stayed at Schweizerhof hotel for our recent wedding anniversary and I think it was the best choice. The Matterhorn view was unforgettable and breathtaking. I will definitely be back again for this hotel!

I love the hotel service, from train stationi took taxi to Zermatt and they pick me up at the meeting point and Dominik was very good in his service with pick us and sending us back to the meeting point.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds and a great onsite restaurant. We loved the location, the exceptional decor and the delicious breakfast. I was disappointed in the size of the bathroom, the lack of air conditioning, the lack of robes, and a few interactions with staff. Most of the staff was fantastic and really took pride in their job. The overall experience was good, but my expectations were greater

Hotel was fantastic. Beautiful room & a wonderful location. Restaurant was nice with the entrees being excellent. Desserts weren’t as good as the main course. Service could use some improvement as they were understaffed. Would absolutely stay again but may consider other dining options.

The hotel is very comfortable, the service is great and there is an excellent restaurant in the property. But because of the nearby construction, it is very noisy starting at 7:30 in the morning.
