Coconut Palms Resort

Great Staff. Hot water comes and goes. Same breakfast every day. Very close to Port Vila- easy walking distance. This was our first trip overseas. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. As a budget accommodation it ticks all the boxes, I would upgrade to a balcony simply because we had nowhere to dry our clothes.

Good hotel. Good staff . My main concern was safety & i have found very safe & fraindly staff good place to visit

Luckily my husband and I only stayed here one night due to flight changes as we would have definitely moved to another hotel if we were staying longer. We paid extra to stay in was a "Superior Orchid" room. If this was superior, heavens knows what the share rooms were like. The photos on the expedia website are very misleading and are not at all indicative of how the room actually looked. The bathroom was extremely old and cramped with intermittent hot water. The hotel was not in a good location either. Overall very overpriced and disappointing.

Small, old and uncomfortable room, shared bathroom, bad area of the city.

Fabulous.... will visit again for sure. Hotel is located in a close distance to the Port and some good restaurants.

Although the shared showers could be cleaner overall the hotel is okay, just make sure you ask for a room that is not next to the swimming pool/bar area as it can get quite noisy.

Great experience. Had fun in Port Villa and the whole Island

Clean and cheap but noisy for one of our rooms. The other room was very small and had uncomfortable beds. Lovely pool area. Only short walk to town centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice enough some disappointing aspects like much maintenance needed in area of plumbing, eg. shower rose & taps.
