Coconut Palms Resort

I thought this hotel was perfect for the price. After reading through reviews, I made sure to book a superior room, as it came with a private bathroom (my understanding is that some of the less expensive rooms have shared facilities). People who want luxury should probably look elsewhere--this isn't meant to be a high end hotel. But if what you want is a nice, relaxed hotel that is close to town and has a great breakfast, friendly staff, an excellent pool, and comfortable rooms, then this is an excellent choice.

We enjoyed our stay, friendly,helpful staff. Very handy to town.

Location was good as we were there to deliver much needed medical supplies to the hospital

We stayed at the Coconut Palms for three nights and had an excellent time there. The 1-2 annoyances were easily made up for by the extremely friendly and competent staff.

We stayed here for 10 days and we never got disappointed for anything. The resort is closer to Port Villa town.

Room was advertised with queen bed, actual bed was smaller than a double. Noisy, thin walls, 5 mins from town and from lagoon, lovely pool and garden area

Hotel itself was fine, but rooms are more like cupboards. Hotel was not helpful about shifting my room. Limited food options. Staff were friendly. Room was not cleaned fully each day.

Ineffective check-in process. Annoying noise from hallway and public toilets/shared bathrooms. Pizza dinner was tasteless, slow-served and expensive. Breakfast was good! Un-necessary arguments regarding payment for breakfast, so make sure you have the "breakfast included" documented. Rooms vary a lot regarding quality.

The Superior Orchard room we had was very small & nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was not very nice & the shower had no water pressure. The only redeeming thing about the hotel, was the staff were friendly.
