Super service and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable.

I spent twelve nights there and some of the staff are the friendliest you will meet. I had the single room with a shared bathroom and it was more than adequate and cheap. I didnt end up sharing my bathroom anyway. Delicious food too.

Staff & customer service was excellent. Food - all meals, lots of choices was good quality at reasonable prices. The pool is fantastic with lots of areas to relax. Great security 24/7. Well stocked bar. Coffee - all choices & top quality.

Good clean hotel, value for money, close to amenities

From the hotel's manager to his staff, there was not much assistance at all. No information is given unless is something for them, if you ask how to get to a place, they'd only offer taxis or buses the book for you all charged 100 times more for a 5 minutes walk! To give you an example a bus ride is 150 vt but the hotel will book you for AUD10! Tours are a mess as the staff members are more concerned for the hotel's commission than a good service! The food is terrible the worst pizzas I've ever had and we paid AUD20 per pizza. Breakfast is very poor to the point that I bought 2 minutes noodles to prepare at the room! The hotel charges AUD1 for local phone calls too, charming! the staff expects tips for a very basic service...

We have stayed here over about 5 years and find Coconut Palms is good value for money, comfortable and quiet.

Good value for money, get what you pay for the pool was nice the food at the restaurant was a bitt hit and miss. Room was well presented with nice balcony

We realise that Cyclone Pam had done some damage to the hotel, but hotel needs some upgrade. Halls to dark even though there are sensor lights, we consider it dangerous. Bathroom requires at a shelf for toiletries. Microwave in room was useless as there were no utensils or containers. Steps going down from rooms to pool and foyer need better light and painted yellow for safety. Even though it was a low cost hotel, we think a little tlc would help.

This is a budget hotel with very reasonable prices and therefore it is not 5 star facilities. Rooms are adequate and areas such as dining and bar are interesting and different because of local artefacts. What sets this place apart is the very excellent service from staff. The are very well trained, friendly and helpful. They anticipate your needs. Can recommend this place and I have stayed there many times.
