Coconut Palms Resort

We like that they have a pool to freshen up due to very hot weather in Vanuatu. We just didn’t expect that the room with just a fan doesn’t have an exhaust,the room is super enclosed. But we booked again the room with aircon so it’s okay.

I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always clean and staff are fantastic.

It was blazing hot and humid in the entire facility, the fans were not enough to make it bearable.

Lovely complex. Pool area, eating area, bar/piol table area. Nice balconies off room. Nice staff, and breakfasts. Central. Entertaining if u want it. Friendly guests too.

Friendly staff , nice pool, great location for walking to Port Villa. A/C in rooms Rooms could be equipped with additional necessities- bedside lamps , shampoo, face cloths, Over all for the price , all good.

Room 202 fridge was a bit noisy. Facilities good though for an older place

Good location, only 10 minutes from the main town area. Well-maintained pool and on-site bar and restaurant. Super friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi at the lobby, bar, restaurant, and pool area although it can be very slow at time.

A completely disaster. Dirty rooms, check twice if you room has a bathroom. Internet is insanely slow. I also got charged incorrectly. They charged me a transfer to the airport, however nobody told me that I had to pay it at the reception. So i paid to the transfer driver, and the hotel also charged me because they got my credit card, they told me they would refund, but they've ignored my emails.

The resort staff were all lovely and so helpful, definitely the best part of staying there. The location was perfect for us too - close enough to walk but be prepared to hike a flight of stairs to get back. It is definitely a budget resort.
