The room smelled of piss, and it frightened me

The hotel was filthy and shabby and the shower tray had black mold the toilet had a bit of poo stuck to it hadn’t really been cleaned . The receptionist told us they had had trouble there so they decided to ad 60£ and you would hopefully get it back after the clear had supposedly cleaned your room . Needs a lot of work very sad

The shower in the bathroom was leaking not enough toilet rolls the window didn’t shut in the bedroom

There was none

Cleanliness and facilities also the surprise of a deposit because of some one else actions

Paid a £60 damage deposit which was supposed to repaid to me the day I left still waiting nearly week later

The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. The staff and food was exceptional. Best Christmas dinner I’ve had

Looked nothing like pictures online. Was very tired and dated. Shared bathroom shower was very dirty

Five mins from bus n rail good

Entrance to hotel grubby reception area ,need upgrade ,stairs to rooms bannister grubby ,stairs carpet grubby ,,kettle on bedroom not fit tap ,also should not have to use bathroom tap for filling a kettle for tea only one cup with saucer ,no spoon ,to stir tea or coffeee
