Dreckige Kissen ohne Bezüge, Zimmer total abgerockt und sehr hellhörig.

Jedinou výhodou tohoto ubytování je cena a lokalita. Volili jsme kvůli nočnímu letu a dobré přístupnosti z letiště. Brzy ráno jsme vyrazili dál, déle než noc bych na tomto ubytování strávit nechtěla. Všechno by bylo v pořádku, kdyby se provozovatelé o pokoje lépe starali a kdyby bylo uklizeno. :(

Poor state, overpriced and unkept

Shower room was unclean, rooms are inadequate and over priced, poor bedding, no hot water etc. Price should be half what we payed. Left a night early and refused refund, wouldn’t stay it’s a dump.

The beds were comfortable the rooms were clean the on suite was tidy not enough cups for tea in the morning the staff were very helpful

The rooms are disgusting as if couples could rent out per hour. When I cancelled the booking on inspection of the premises, they still took the full amount of £90.00 off my account. I contacted them personally to request a refund but was refused. Why does booking.com have organisations like this on their books.

Toilet was not in the room

Good central location on the main street with parking on site. Staff were helpful

The room was tired and needs a complete refurb. There were holes in the sink surround and cobwebs hanging in the room. The TV wasn't working and no access to internet.

Decor very tired and in need of renovation. Very long wait for room to be ready, despite arriving 90 mins after nominal check in time. Warned about noise from live music , however this was right below my room and noise continued well past 1am (not music, patrons leaving, band clearing up). could not recommend a stay at this hotel, at any time, but especially on a Saturday night.

The location was good at the bottom end of Loch Lomond

The room was very small and the bathroom basic. We only stayed one night so it was OK. My wifeis gluten free and the Chef did not seem to have any idea what that was so we ate elsewhere.
