Please note that there is restricted access to the swimming pool at weekends from 17:00. Please note that there are limited dog-friendly rooms available. Guests are required to confirm with the property prior to arrival and terms and conditions apply There will be a GBP 25 charge per dog per stay. A maximum of 1 dog per room permitted. Please be aware that the swimming pool is lane swimming only so children must be over 12 years old to use the pool and be able to swim at least 50m Our pool will be closed for maintenance from 7th August to 11th August 2023. MINORS younger than 18 you are not able to check in by themselves and need to be with and adult. The pool is closed daily from Monday 10/8/2026 to Friday 14/8/2026 inclusive. A deposit may be required at the property.

Very comfortable stay. Typical modern design of hotel. Evening meal was good. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was an ok buffet. Good location. Plenty of parking.

Very long corridors so depending where your room is you could walk quite a way. Ok as long as you don't have mobility issues. If you do ask for a ground floor room as the only lift available is at the end of a very long corridor furthest away from reception. Cold plates at the breakfast buffet. Health and safety !!

"Little dated but still gives bang for buck."

Nice and quiet location in the university grounds, bed was comfortable, and room was big. The bathroom was clean with a shower in the bath. Breakfast was awesome if you vet it included.

The decor is a little dated and worn, but still functional.
