Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Beautiful view and very friendly staff. You do have to take a water taxi ($1 and operates 24/7) to the main part of downtown Santa Cruz but the view is worth it! Also it’s across from The Point by Midoro which as an amazing view and food. I would stay there again!

"Absolutely Not Recommendable – Very Poor Experience"

Seaview

The hotel is in an absolutely dilapidated condition. Our room was dirty, with ants and other insects crawling on the floor, which were not removed despite repeated complaints. The furniture has not been replaced in decades, the curtains were torn and filthy, and the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. Breakfast was a disaster: food was presented openly outdoors, and birds were eating directly from the same bowls guests were supposed to use. Coffee was only offered in its simplest form – a cappuccino or similar drink was only available at an extra charge. Even basic dishes that should be standard in a hotel of this category (such as fresh pancakes) were not provided. We were promised a refund on site, but to this day we have not received anything, nor have we heard back from the hotel. Conclusion: This hotel may have been appealing 40 years ago, but today it is in no condition to host guests at this price level. Despite our complaints, none of the issues were resolved by the staff. Absolutely not recommendable.

"Lovely stay in beautiful location and great staff"

Had a lovely time staying here for three nights - staff were super friendly and helpful. The location,complete with deck overlooking swimming sharks and seals, was lovely and felt idyllic. Overall a lovely experience.
