Room slightly too small for both suitcases

Tutto. Non saprei come descrivere il servizio se non dire che era tutto perfetto. Dalla pulizia ed ordine delle signore, carine, gentili le camere erano iper pulite, lenzuola profumatissime, asciugamani di un profumo che faceva sognare, venivano cambiati ogni giorno, alla colazione e altissima professionalita' dello staff dalla mattina alla sera. La signora della colazione la mattina, non ricordo il nome, ma di gran classe. Mustafa, il gatekeeper, super gentile tutte le volte, tutti i giorni. Sempre. Il ragazzo della reception che ha studiato tourism management ma di cui non ricordo il nome perché non sono brava con i nomi, pure lui elegante e professionale. Siete meravigliosi. Grazie per il soggiorno, davvero. Il riad, hotel e' una proiezione in un mondo bellissimo. Di classe, rilassante, di gran classe e stile. Il caminetto la sera era una cosa super cozy. Eravamo per lavoro, ci avete coccolati.

Non centrano i ragazzi ne' lo staff, che e' SUPER professionale, di grandissima classe ripeto tutti veramente eccellenti, tutti!...ma vi prego quei due uccellini in gabbia vi prego...rivedete se e' il caso di liberarli. Quello blu e quello verde..🩷 Per il resto, siete meravigliosi. Grazie per tutto

The hotel was in a good position to walk everywhere. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive and very helpful.

Die großen Zimmer sind großzügiger aber alles in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Zimmer war von der Größe eher eine Zelle. Im anderen Zimmer gab es einen Wasserschaden, der nur durch einen Umzug behoben wurde. Ich warte bis heute noch auf die Rechnung. Achtung bei Vorauszahlungen über booking.com, dann kann das Hotel keine Firmenrechnungen ausstellen.

The entrance was very deceptive, but from the moment the door opened we knew we had made a good choice. Sharon, George and Rashid were welcoming and helpful from the start. Breakfast was freshly made each morning and very generous. It was also nice to briefly meet Mohammad and Mustafa, we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Location 5 mins walk from Les Oudayas was perfect for our stay.

Others have commented on the exterior not looking particularly inviting, luckily our taxi driver knew where to drop us - the other side of the door there is a beautiful mosaic floor
