Friendly staff, staff have a focus on guest safety when there was an incident outside the hotel. The bed is comfy, great view of the sea from the room.

"Apart from the heat in the room, stay was good and breakfast was excellent."

Location,parking, size of room.

Room was too warm even though radiator was off, then I realised heat was coming from back of headboard which had no access.

Very friendly staff. Very comfortable room and good breakfast included. Lovely room overlooking the mouth of the Tyne, Located near a beautiful park. The hotel overlooks the seas and is about 20 minutes walk from the very efficient Metro. The hotel is very clean with a friendly welcoming atmosphere and a nice bar

Room a bit warm but opened the windows. No complaints about the hotel, but if mobility is an issue, please be aware that access to rooms in via stairs ( with handrail)
