Pallas Hotel

The hotel is small and quiet. The staff are efficient and friendly. The rooms are clean and provide what you need for a business trip. Free WiFi. For a business trip, the hotel provides everything you need at a good price.

The rooms were large and clean. There is free WiFi and breakfast. There is also a lift for your bags to go up the stairs. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The windows are huge in the rooms and there is a grocery store next door, also parking is free.

This hotel situated 30min by walking from the main train station is really symple clean with a correct service. All room d't have a window but it is a cceptable because of a roof window instead. One restrition, the front desk is open from 7 am to 7pm. It is necessary to anticipate a call before to have the entrance door code.

* The hotel logo is a drawing of an old, charming mansion; in truth this is a converted office building in the middle of an industrial zone. * The rooms have no windows, only a roof opening that lets a little light in. In the summer, rooms get very hot, but air conditioning is present. The roof openings do not have good blinds, so expect to wake up really early in the summer (i.e. at or just before sunrise). * The staff is nice and friendly and the rooms are clean; in fact, this is a training hotel for the nearby university hostellery management programme. Because of this, there will be no personnel present in the evening. * Breakfast is good if not spectacular Once that you understand that it is a student-run hotel, most of the quirks make sense.

when I arrived (19h30) the reception was closed, I had to call (to a german number... not so cheap if you are coming from another country) to be able to enter. I didn't find any towel in the room, I had to call twice the same "magic " number to get it. The room was without window... an automatic rooftop window was the only room opening. There were no courtains so in the morning you get up with the sunrise... almost. The staff is really kind.
