Pallas Hotel

Easy check-in even though i arrived crazy late. Very clean and nice. Quite cheap. Very polite staff next morning.

it was a big disappointment. Arriving after 16.00 you need to check in yourself, no service. You see no one from the hotel before 7.00 at the reception. Wifi did not work. There was only a window in the ceiling of the room, but a good bed. Everything is about expectations. I was not prepared to so low services at this price (EUR 139 single room).

I was amazed at the machine check-in (no staff, no welcoming), and having to climb several sets of stair cases with heavy luggage (no elevator, no explanation for little carrier lift - which I learned about later). And the atmosphere in the inside the hotel reminded me of better youth hostels. The room did look they on the picture, but it felt much less welcoming & nice than expected. Above a supermarket, looking onto parking lot and quite heavy traffic on main street... not at all as quiet as I perceived it when booking (maybe my mistake...). Coffee/tea machine in hallway didn't work. Staff in the morning was very friendly & helpful though! And it was clean, though.

I think the hotel should announce that some of the rooms were without windows, and that self check in was in place as early as 4pm. If the price had been as announced on the hotel wall (50euro) this would have been quite ok, but not for almost three times the price. Wifi didn't work

Poprve jsem si zkusil selfreservation. Vše fungovalo až na WiFi. Hotel je hned vedle dvou supermarketu.

Praktisch mit Check in Automat , Riesen bette sehr komfortabel, ohne Frühstück, aber mit REAL 6x 7:00-22:00 und deren Parkplatz kostenlos nutzbar

Es gibt da nur ein check-in Automat und kein Möglichkeit schnell aufs Klo zu rennen für kleine Kinder die lange im Auto waren... Das Automaten nehmt nur Credit Karten mit pin... Und sie haben keine richtige Frühstück. Die Senior executive suite war schon aber die Fenstern waren zur Straße raus und es war ziemlich klein für die Beschreibung senior executive suite...

Wenn es um eine günstige Übernachtung geht, einfach Top. Direkt über einem Discounter. Einfacher Self-Check-in. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Sauber und nett eingerichtet. Allerdings keinerlei Personal zum Check In. Self- Check--Automat funktionierte nicht richtig, so dass es nur mit Hotline-Unterstützung ging. Langwierig. Keinerlei Frühstücksangebot, das muss man sich im Supermarkt suchen

Ok hotel til billig penge. Min reservation var ikke nået frem til hotellet, tog kontakt med en person som var dårlig til engelsk i 2018 !!’
