Pallas Hotel

Nice room - clean, good AC, perfectly apt as a low cost alternative. Downsides: A little bit difficult to find, the check-in machine was veeery slow, no access to fridge or safe, only window in ceiling. Would have appeciated a water kettle in room. Friendly staff at checkout.

Ich habe bereits mehrfach dort übernachtet. Zimmer waren immer sauber. Betten sind sehr gut (für mich). Einzelzimmer habe kein Fenster sondern nur ein Oberlicht. Dafür ist es dann aber schön ruhig. Frühstück wird nicht mehr angeboten. Es gibt aber eine Kaffeeautomat (Cappuccino ca. 1 Euro) und kostenlose "Teilchen". Mehrere Bäckereien sind auch in der Nähe! Einchecken geht nur am Automaten, da die Rezeption Abends/Nachmittags nicht besetzt ist - funktionierte bei mir aber Problemlos. Ich werde wieder dort übernachten, weil es Preis/Leistung Verhältnis einfach sehr gut ist! Fazit: Saubere Zimmer, Gute Betten, Ruhig aber wenig Service..

Die Lage des Hotels ist Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Unten befindet sich Rewe Markt oben das Hotel. Das Hotel ist sauber auch die Zimmer. In Zimmer 22 EZ - oben an der Decke befindet sich grausige Fenster.Das Zimmer glich eher Bunker als Wohneinheit.. Leider werde ich diese Hotel niemandem empfehlen und das alles für ganze 70 Euro Barbara R.

We had difficulty finding the hotel. It is above a Rewe grocery store with very little signage. Once we found it, the hotel staff were very accommodating and very nice rooms.

basic hotel quite close to the city centre. the room was clean and the forniture new; the radiators where off (we were there at the beginning of november) and in the morning the room was a bit cold. there is limited reception service: when we arrived around 6 pm on sunday the reception was closed and we entered through the automatic check-in, which was easy to use. there is no breakfast room, but one can buy coffee and danish pastries at the front desk. the wifi signal was very weak and kept dropping.

Having booked the hotel online, I did not realise this was a self service hotel, which I was fine with other than that the gentleman ahead of me after trying to check in via the touch screen, after 20 minutes of trying gave up, the only person available to help was the cleaning lady who couldn’t do much. My attempt to check in didn’t go smoothly either, at every option the screen would lock up and took minutes before it came back to life, the cleaning lady also tried to help but she was getting frustrated. Luckily with a lot of patience eventually made it to the credit car payment. If it wasn’t for the issue with the check in I would have rated this hotel higher, the rooms are larger and recently renovated. The hotel is located next to a supermarket, for those driving the car park is shared with the supermarket and you will need one of the parking labels which you can help yourself to when inside the hotel. Overall it is not a bad Hotel, but someone needs to sort out the check in machine, when there is no one to help other than the cleaning lady, which incidentally did a great job trying to help, notwithstanding the fact she only spoke German, it is not a good experience to waste best part of an hour fighting the machine

There were no staff when we arrived at 20:00 so we had to check in at the machine, worked out well. In the morning we got coffe and pretzels, we did not expect any breakfast we were very pleased to get that. The room was big and clean but very warm this hot evening. The beds were really comfortable.

Arrived after 23:00 (by 5 minutes only) the key distributor was not able to deliver the room key and the access code, after 4 tries. The money have been debited 4 times from my account and credited after 4 days only. What a shame !!! No phone assistance whatsoever, nothing !!!
