Cats roam around at night at sometimes cry at the room door or you can hear them fighting outside your windows. A bit of maintenance needed to bring some life back into the place.

NZStaff were very helpful sorting out an issue we had with the power in the beach fale & offered an upgrade. Towels & linen were amazingly soft & the beds were very comfortable. Villas were right on the beach with access steps to the beach for that morning swim.
A little tired & run down. Could use some tlc. Beach fale were completely open (except for the lockable bathroom) with very little lighting on the paths at night.

The resort is very run down. Alot of maintenance needs to be done.
NZThe location is great, had the Amelia Suite very large and spacious and the pool was a draw card but does need a good clean.
Sad to see the lack of care/maintenance of this place as it has real potentcial. Food is average mainly fried.

Being in villa 10 it sounded like a party happening over the fence on one of the days and then early the next morning loud music began blasting again
