NZI loved the friendly staff , the location was amazing if your looking to unplug and relax its perfect , and also the staff help with organising activities for outings .
Im a foodie , and i would have loved more of a selection in food and more island food it was very westernised food still good just a basic selection , and no desert ... got to have desert when your on holiday ...
AUAfter complaining to staff management about basic servicing our room, I was happy. It was non eventful. I didn’t experience the true beauty of who the real Samoan people are. I was disappointed and sad. Some staffs were fantastic, serving breakfast Thank you. Smaller villas had better beautiful lighter decor, beautiful Samoan carving etc Needing a fresh clean upgrade in the larger rooms. Just didn’t feel clean, dark and a family member saying it looked sleazy and dark. Love and attention to details is needed Savai’i is such a beautiful island and have met and known such beautiful Samoan hospitality

Stone bathroom, unfortunately the property lacks mantanice. Too many cats,
NZGreat location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Beach access right outside our villa was superb.
Cats fighting loudly under the floor while we were trying to have breakfast in the dining area. The hotel is due for renovations, you can tell it is a stunning venue but time is taking its toll.
