Coffee station in the bathroom by the toilet. Old & rundown facilities. Bad communication beforehand never got a reply of any of my queries. Bad lighting around the premises. Limited & over priced menu. Bad access to beach steps were very slippery & concrete was broken up.

AUThe definite positives from this stay only were the staff were lovely & also the access to the kayaks for free for the kids were good the kids loved it & most definitely the beautiful views of the water
THE CONS DEFINITELY OUT WAY THE PROS! The room was clean! BUT!!! as soon as you walked in from where u parked your car to enter the room you see the toilet was so weirdly set up their were so many flying things in the shower and our sinks after 1st time using filled up blocked the food service long waits and not a wide selection also but I guess shortage where they are located not on main island and also maybe shortage of staff - also if u wanted to sit out of your room late at night there was no light working and there were soo many cats so glad we only booked 1night
AUAUThe location and very accessible for a swim in the beautiful ocean. Breakfast muffins were yummy - especially when warm. Most of the staff were helpful and polite.

The lady at reception had given our reservation to someone else because we came a couple hours after check in and they thought we were not coming. The lady at the reception tried to sound apologetic but didn’t do anything to rectify or compensate. The lady tried to lie to us and blame it on booking.com server when paperwork, booking confirmations and other accomodations I had booked via booking.com were all accurate and she was been caught out in her lies. The lady at the reception didn’t mention anything about breakfast being included to the guests that did stay because we booked 4 rooms and was only given 2. The rooms itself looked used in the bathroom. No fresh soap. Only the bed look made. The rooms had no warm water. No wifi in the rooms, just in the common areas. The rooms had doors in between fales that were unlocked (again! How it was known they gave up our reservation because when we asked to have them locked - they replied “it’s your family there”… haha busted!!)

The place is very run down, needs a good clean up ,but I mean for a nught is ok ,but dont expect anything flash ,because this is a run down place.
