Our rooms still weren’t ready 2.5 hours after check in. The facilities were disgusting, the food was vile. I asked for a cold glass for my drink and the barman picked one another guest left at the bar, rinsed it with a dirty cloth and handed to me.

Not clean !! Cockroaches and smells and dirty
USEverything. Room smelt like mold. The toilet was literally in a closet with a pantry door that provided no privacy and when you sit your knees touched the door. Everyone in the room and hear you do your business. Terrible experience.

NZThe layout of our Villa was beautiful and liked the fact our vehicle was able to be parked right outside.
Power initially in eurofale kept switching off due to fuse tripping, so hence the upgrade to Villa which was great. Pool maintenance needed as it probably hasn't had a proper clean with green slime like built up on tiles. Also needing reno's with the rooms and hotel as a whole. Taps falling off, hooks broken, wooden planks needing replacement or repairs. Also needing to get a person at reception attention as Noone was present in front and bell broken.

CLEl personal sin duda lo mejor! Es muy amiable y siempre estaban atentos y disponibles.
El lugar necesita una mantención. En nuestro fale el baño no funcionaba muy bien. La verdad es que el desayuno tampoco estuvo bien, pocas opciones y nada sabroso.
