I hated the fact kitchen was in between open toilet and shower with the entrance door between toilet and kitchen it has no privacy. Also at night the heat from bathroom and kitchen override the aircon
NZNZThe property is in serious need of maintenance. The room was run down, with visible signs of neglect. There were numerous bugs inside, and the cups, plates, glasses, and kettle looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The coffee, sugar, and milk were stale, indicating they had been left out for a while. The beds were uncomfortable, feeling as though they might break with the slightest movement. The booking system also needs a major overhaul – there was a lot of misinformation that caused unnecessary confusion. What was most concerning, however, was the payment issue. My brother was charged twice, and when we brought it up, the staff acted as though they had no idea what we were talking about and tried to brush it off. Given the state of the place and the lack of customer service, I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. There’s just too much that needs to be addressed for it to be worth the price.

USLocation on beach was great. Not much else to say on a positive note. Could be a nice place but needs loads of work. The concept is great in theory, but utterly fails in execution.
Everything needs updating. Toilet moved, not attached properly to ground. Sink did not drain, fan didn't work in one of our three rooms. This could be a nice clamping experience if fixed up. Price is so not worth it for is.

Couldn't get any fresh fish, coconuts, fruit (apart from breakfast, but only papaya or banana), Couldn't get a tropical cocktail, due to limited ingredients. The entire facility was run-down, tired and lots of rubbish dotted around the place. The pool was not the cleanest and wifi was largely unavailable unless you went to sit at reception, which was a bit of a walk, especially in the rain. The bar ran out of splits at times.
