The rooms are disgusting, they have cockraches and bugs all over the floor. The room needs an upgrade and the beds are horrible. The staff are unprofessional and they're attitude is poor. They play pool table when guest are present and the pool never gets cleaned!

The place is not well maintained. Lots of dodgy patch up jobs. Mouldy unclean pillows and bedding. Rarely get the rooms cleaned and fresh towels. Doors don’t unlock properly and you have to leave them unlocked for cleaning and hope that nothing went missing we once left it open all day and it did not get cleaned even after requesting for it to get cleaned this was 3-4days same towels and bedding. We had to put our own rubbish out daily as we had a baby. Breakfast time slot did not suit what we had going on and the few times we did eat they ran out of eggs and toast. The decking around the pool went straight through one of nieces feet. The tiles near the pool are slippery and unsafe when wet. Leading to several of our family members falling over. It was a bit disappointing but it did not ruin our stay. It would be a beautiful resort if it was cared for hopefully the next time we return it will be better.

Problem with the power keeps cutting out.
AUAUStaff were friendly and amenities were clean. Bed was soft so personally uncomfortable but complimentary breaky was nice. Beach is as gorgeous as the photos and a 7am swim is a must!
Had dinner one night and opted for room service cause we had a tired toddler. We ordered at 7:30 and got our meals after 9. Desserts came after 10:30 when they explained they had other orders, however food was nice.
