Great hotel

Great hotel, amazing pools and extensive breakfast options. Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff. Short walk into town, plenty of transport links around Lake Garda, and just a short journey from Verona airport.

First time at the Aqualux hotel, arrived midday Saturday, the room was not ready so we sat by the pool bar for a drink, within twenty minutes we were telephoned that our room was ready, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was excellent, very big, comfortable and a lovely view, The hotel is very clean with many quiet areas to read a book. The pool area was very busy as this was a bank Holiday weekend and there was a three day wine festival in the area, however we managed to find loungers with the help from Alphio who looked after the pool area, after the weekend there were no issues finding loungers as the hotel was a lot quieter,the pools were excellent, water was warm and several different pools to use,everyday Alphio would come over to say hello. The restaurant was excellent ,enjoyed the breakfast so many choices , evening meal was a buffet starter and plated first and second courses with buffet desert course. Staff were outstanding very friendly and attentive, a special mention to Maximas . Thank you to the Aqualux for making our visits enjoyable

Great location a few minutes from the centre of Bardolino. Consistently friendly and attentive staff. Hotel is very well maintained. Pool areas are excellent.

Hotel Aqualux was a fantastic place to stay! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the entire building was exceptionally well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting us warmly. The spa was another highlight—clean, modern, and often very peaceful. We were often the only ones using the pool and saunas, which made it feel like a private retreat. This trip was for my husband’s birthday, and we were greeted in the room to a bottle of Prosecco and some macarons, which was a lovely surprise. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the lovely town of Bardolino, where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and refreshing stay in Italy!

I had a disappointing experience with Aqualux Hotel's customer service. They refused to assist me in canceling a booking through their system, insisting I had booked it via Google ads, forcing me to email Google directly. When I called Aqualux for help, I waited five minutes on hold and was disconnected. Due to this lack of support, I will not be rebooking with Aqualux.

My husband booked this hotel as a birthday surprise for me for 4 nights. It was out of season so was quiet and relaxing. The Saturday was much busier in the spa and restaurant however. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from old town. A couple of places were open but it was just lovely and peaceful. We were able to hop on a bus on 2 days to visit neighbouring areas Garda and Lazise. The restaurant food quality and choice was brilliant and breakfast buffet was delicious and not forgetting the staff. Friendly and attentive. Lovely to have the spa facilities when the weather was a bit chilly and drizzly.

Nice hotel, room was very good and spacious. Spa area was very welcoming in the cold weather. Very convenient for the town and facilities all good. Breakfast buffet excellent. We did have a bit of an issue with reception one evening, my husband had hurt his foot and was unable to walk so I asked if we could have a table in the restaurant as we couldn’t go out. I was told that the restaurant was fully booked and that the only option was room service, not great! However the bar and restaurant management sorted it out for us when we approached them. I think the receptionist could have been more helpful. Food and service in the bar and restaurant were great.
