"Room was clean but toiletries were not plentiful or replaced for second night stay."

Location was great. Coffee and tea and snacks available all day. Parking on premises for a fee.

Hallways were filthy. Garbage left in mini fridge.

Great location, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Nice to be able to control heat in individual rooms.

Carpet in annex building stairwell needs cleaned or replaced. Noise from college kids across the street on weekend night, but that isn't inn's fault. 3rd floor a little challenging with luggage for a senior (no elevator).

"It was very pleasant and relaxing. Planning a returned in tge future."

The breakfast was very good and the severed by a very pleasant lady . The grits where like my mother's who also was from the deep south. The bed was so soft unlike chain hotels.

The stairs we are older and where on the 3rd floor but my mistake when booking the room. The only other was the driveway was narrow and we missed it when we arrived.

"Beautiful old house"

Location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go, and pretty quiet at night. Breakfast was great, with plenty of cooked to order options. Bed was very comfy, and staff helpful.

There was a bit of noise from the floor above us, unavoidable in an old house probably.
