"Needs a lot of improvements "

Hotel needs a lot of improvements. The hotel only have 1 onsite restaurant with limited chairs. The food and services are great but the chairs are filthy. Check in and check out is the worse! I'm eligible for early check in. I understand that it depends on room availability. But the hotel was not even full and they have plenty of vacant rooms but they still didn't let us check in. Check out is the worst, it took me almost 30 minutes. When I asked for receipts, they're not even ready. Very inefficient!

"Perfect Baguio Family Getaway"

We booked a 2 bedroom unit and we were all surprised by how big it was. Clean, very spacious living room and master bedroom, has 3 beds and a balcony. The staff are very friendly. Great location. We travelled by car from Manila and it is only about 10 minutes drive to tourist spots like Session Road, The Mansion, Mines View and Camp John hay.

"Nice hotel with an excellent restaurant. "

The hotel was nice but wish the room cleaning service was better. I had to get our own new set of towels and others. Not enough cleaning help on a peak busy season. Other than that, it was a great stay...restaurant was excellent with many choices of food .....so good we had all our meals there for the two days.

"Location"

To avoid getting lost and the agony of driving, we just took taxis wherever we went. Seen lots of places and taxi fare is very reasonable. Very convenient.

"Good Room - Slow Internet"

The room was worth more than its price. We had a good stay, but the advertised "high speed internet" was not true. The WiFi internet was slow as a turtle. Other guests were too noisy, talking on the aisle. But that was not the problem of the hotel, I guess, there are just some people who are so inconsiderate.
