This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel in the past four years. The first year I stayed two times then again 6 months later... everything still good. They were trying. They handed us the evaluation papers constantly and the place was really kept up nicely. The staff in the kitchen was top notch and the food was fantastic. Well that was three years ago. I recently stayed there for my fourth time and it was very different. The hotel staff wasn't as friendly and helpful and the place had gotten a bit run down. I was not very satisfied with the restaurant and it's employees were not trained well. of course the first time I stayed there I was totally happy and satisfied but over time the staff had changed and they seem not to care anymore. Next time I go to Baguio I will try a different hotel.

It is a lovely hotel to begin with and the staff are helpful and nice. breakfast is very good and has variety of choices. WIFI is good also :) only downside is that mobile signal is poor. no service for globe/sun/smart in the rooms. you need to go to the lobby for a signal. but overall, its worth staying.

Azalea Hotel's facade is beautiful. When we checked in we were attended by a guy who is quite stern looking and doesnt have that welcoming smile. Ask for a deposit for 3k that should have been only 2k. We stayed in 2 rooms and quite warm inside so we had to ask for an electric fan because the ceiling fan was turning very low. CRs not well cleaned, esp the floor tiles. Suggest to use clorux to whiten them. We were given very old worn out towels. Staff though was friendly. Food breakfast buffet is of average, no newspapers to read and some flies around so we had to ask for candles on our table to drive them out.

Stayed in the hotel and there was no electricity/ brown out that day but apparently this hotel has no generators to make their guests comfortable with their stay- no wifi, no TV, no cable and no fan. Has inconsiderate staffs - refused to offer any compensation for the terrible stay/ experience. Very obvious that this hotel is greedy and is only interested with money/ profit rather than making their guests comfortable and feel valued or special. We spend a lot of money for the stay but this hotel is not interested in developing nor maintaining a loyal customer base. Will not go back to this hotel again. Definitely not a happy customer !
